Common use of Multiple Factors Clause in Contracts

Multiple Factors. This paragraph applies whether the Party’s negligence, fault or strict liability is a concurrent or contributory factor of an occurrence in question. The Party’s obligations under this paragraph are intended to protect the Party against any consequence of the Party’s own joint, concurrent or contributory negligence, fault or strict liability.
