Multiple Policies. a. In case any Policyholder/Insured Person is covered under more than one indemnity insurance policies, with the Company or with other insurers, the Policyholder/Insured Person shall have the right to settle the Claim with any of the Company, provided that the Claim amount payable is up to the Sum Insured of such Policy.
