Municipal Ordinances. City/Town shall provide the Department with a copy of its Municipal Tax Code or any City/Town ordinances imposing the taxes to be collected hereunder within ten (10) calendar days of a request for such information from the Department. This information shall be sent to City Services electronically at xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
Municipal Ordinances. All municipal ordinances of The City of Morgantown, as they may be amended, regarding the billing and collection of solid waste are hereby incorporated into this Contract.
Municipal Ordinances. If municipal ordinance requires pre-conveyance repairs, Xxxxx agrees to make such repairs at Xxxxx’s expense prior to Closing or to escrow if allowed. Seller shall cooperate with Buyer in Xxxxx’s attempt to comply with the terms of such municipal ordinance. Buyer shall provide Seller at or before Closing evidence of compliance with such ordinance.

Transfer taxes required by local ordinance shall be paid by the party designated in such ordinance. Seller shall pay any transfer tax imposed by state law.
