Common use of Music Director Designate Clause in Contracts

Music Director Designate. Whenever there is no Music Director, the Music Director Designate shall have the right to exercise all of the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Music Director under this agreement, except that the Music Director Designate shall not have authority to exercise the right to terminate the services of a Musician under Article 4 for reasons other than just cause.
