Orchestra Committee a) There shall be an Orchestra Committee the duties of which will be to confer with the Centre's Music Department on such matters as touring and scheduling and general compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
b) The Chairman of the Orchestra Committee (or designate) shall be the Xxxxxxx. No compensation shall be provided by the Centre for this function.
Orchestra Committee. There shall be an Orchestra Committee of five (5) tenured Orchestra members. The Committee shall elect its own Chairperson. The National Ballet of Canada recognizes that the Orchestra Committee represents and speaks for the Orchestra. The Orchestra Committee shall act as liaison between the Company and the Orchestra and between the Toronto Musicians' Association and the Orchestra. The National Ballet of Canada agrees to provide a filing cabinet for the Orchestra Committee's use and a meeting room, as needed, at the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Centre.
Orchestra Committee. The Orchestra Committee will be five (5) Tenured MEMBERS elected by a majority vote of MEMBERS.
21.1.1 Alternates will be designated through the election process, should an Orchestra Committee member be unable to finish a term.

Orchestra Committee. An orchestra committee consisting of not less than three professional musicians shall be elected by those who work on a regular basis for the Employer. The orchestra committee shall act with the consent of the Local and subject to its directions and shall work with the Employer to resolve problems, discuss concerns and otherwise communicate issues and information between the Employer and the professional musicians of the orchestra. Meetings between the orchestra committee and the Employer shall be held at times mutually agreeable to the committee and the Employer.

Orchestra Committee. A. The Chair of the Orchestra Committee, or her/his designee, shall be a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the LOA and shall attend meetings of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, unless personnel matters are being discussed.
B. At least one contract musician, appointed by the Orchestra Committee, shall be a non-voting member of each standing Committee of the LOA, the Search Committee for an Executive Director, the Search Committee for a Music Director, and any Ad-Hoc committee, unless personnel matters are being discussed.
C. Musician representation shall constitute more than thirty-three (33) percent of the voting membership of any Search Committee for a Music Director/Conductor, with contract musicians appointed by the Orchestra Committee. It is agreed that a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the Search Committee’s membership will be needed for the appointment of a Music Director/Conductor.
Orchestra Committee. The Chair of the Orchestra Committee, or her/his designee, shall be a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the LOA and shall attend meetings of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, unless personnel matters are being discussed.
Orchestra Committee a. The Philharmonic recognizes a committee of musicians (hereinafter “Orchestra Committee”) to assist the Union in the negotiation, enforcement, and administration of this Agreement. The Philharmonic also recognizes a Union Xxxxxxx to assist the Union in negotiation, enforcement, and administration of this Agreement.
b. The Philharmonic agrees that the members of the Orchestra Committee shall not at any time suffer any unusual or oppressive discriminatory conditions, including discharge, by reason of their membership on the Committee.
c. The Orchestra Committee shall designate two musicians of the Orchestra to serve as alternate non-voting non-member liaisons to the Board of Directors. Either one (but not both) of these liaisons may attend regular meetings of the Board of Directors, as they decide between them
Orchestra Committee. The Orchestra shall, for each season, elect the new members of an Orchestra Committee of five (5) to serve in representing the Orchestra in their relations with Symphony Management. Any polls of the Orchestra shall be conducted only by the Orchestra Committee or by a representative designated by the Orchestra Committee. Information for said poll will be given to the Orchestra in writing by the Orchestra Committee at least two (2) days prior to the vote unless waived by the Orchestra Committee. Members of the Orchestra Committee, selected by them, and a representative of the Federation shall meet with members of the Symphony Board and Symphony Management, selected by them, not to exceed nine (9) times a year, upon request by either party at mutually designated times and places, for the purpose of discussing shared concerns.
