Common use of Music Licenses Clause in Contracts

Music Licenses. During the Term, Licensee will obtain and maintain in full force and effect in its own name all music licenses ("Music Licenses") that are currently operative with respect to the Stations and that will be required by the licenser of those Music Licenses ("Licensor"). All Music Licenses fees due from Licensee will be paid by Licensee from advances by Programmer.
