Paid Advertising Statement Clause Samples
A Paid Advertising Statement clause defines the requirements and disclosures related to paid advertisements within a given context, such as a website, publication, or partnership. This clause typically mandates that any content or material that is sponsored, promoted, or paid for by a third party must be clearly identified as such to the audience. For example, it may require labeling articles, posts, or banners as 'sponsored' or 'advertisement' to distinguish them from editorial or organic content. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency for consumers and to comply with legal or regulatory standards regarding advertising disclosures.
