Musical Directors and Leaders. Musical Directors and Leaders shall be entitled to higher engagement fees being calculated with reference to the fees in 1.1 and 1.2 above increased by the following percentages: Musical Directors 100% (i.e. 200% of the relevant fee) Leaders 35% (i.e. 135% of the relevant fee) 2 ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS AND ALLOWANCES
