Mutatis Mutandis Application of the Provisions of Other Customer. Agreements (1) Any matters concerning Shinsei Power Call (Ⅱ. Investment Trust Services) which are not set forth herein shall be handled in accordance with "Ⅰ. General Services" hereof (excluding Article 5 “Compensation for Illegal Use”). (2) Any matters concerning securities investment trust transactions which are not set forth herein shall be handled in accordance with the "Comprehensive Transaction Agreement" and the relevant customer agreement on cumulative investment for each securities fund. This Customer Agreement sets out the Bank's handling procedures where customers who are using the PowerFlex transactions (hereinafter the "User") use Shinsei Power Direct through the internet. Please note that, only individual customers residing in Japan may use Shinsei Power Direct.
