Mutual Obligations. In addition to the more specific obligations of the parties set out in this Agreement, the Park Board and the Association agree that: (a) in all dealings with each other, they will each communicate respectfully and act in a manner that reflects a mutual acknowledgement and respect of the parties’ distinct roles and shared objectives; (b) they will each perform their legal and contractual obligations honestly and in good faith; and (c) they will each comply with all Applicable Laws and will, when appropriate, obtain all necessary permits and licenses as may be required by Applicable Laws.
