MUTUAL PROMOTION OF THE PROGRAM. Moorpark College and AJU both agree to encourage qualified students to participate in this articulation program through advisement and dissemination of information. The academic counselors at Moorpark College will make every effort to refer interested students to AJU’s articulation agreement and advise them through the transfer process. Both institutions agree to promote the articulation program to suitable and interested students in their recruitment activities and in their student affairs events through literature and when appropriate refer prospective students to AJU Office of Admissions.

MUTUAL PROMOTION OF THE PROGRAM. UMSL and LCC both agree to encourage qualified students to participate in this joint degree program through advisement and dissemination of information. The appropriate advisor at UMSL will make every effort to maintain a list of students actively pursuing the program with the intent to enroll at LCC and will periodically inform the Admissions Office at LCC of the current list. Care will be taken to make students aware that some state boards of chiropractic require completed baccalaureate degrees PRIOR TO CHIROPRACTIC STUDY, and to advise students planning to practice in those states accordingly. Both institutions agree to promote the “3+3” program in their recruitment activities and literature and to refer prospective students, when appropriate, to the other’s admission office.

  • The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. XXX will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Promotion of Agreement It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.
