Mutual Representations Concerning Compensation. The Parties warrant and represent that the amount of compensation paid to zipRealty for the performance of the advertising, marketing, promotional, communication, website maintenance, clerical and administrative services, and for any other goods, services, or facilities provided by zipRealty to E-LOAN, as contemplated by and described in this Agreement, both is fair and reasonably related to the value of such goods, facilities, and services without regard to the value or volume of mortgage business resulting therefrom.
