General Representations definition

General Representations has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.01(a).
General Representations means the representations and warranties of the Company set forth in Article 3, other than Fundamental Representations.

More Definitions of General Representations

General Representations means all representations and warranties of the Sellers under this Agreement other than the Fundamental Representations.
