Common use of Mutual Termination for Breach Clause in Contracts

Mutual Termination for Breach. If:β€Œ (a) a party commits a material breach of this Agreement that is not remedied within 14 days of receiving written notice of that breach from the other party; or (b) an Insolvency Event occurs in relation to a party, then the relevant other affected party may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the other party, in which case this Agreement will terminate on the date specified in that written notice or, if no date is specified, immediately.
