Your Obligations Upon Termination. You agree that upon termination of this Agreement you agree to the following:
Your Obligations Upon Termination. You agree that upon termination of this Agreement you will do the following:
i. You will immediately cease all use of the Services and all JTL Equipment;
ii. You will pay in full for your use of the Services up to the date that this Agreement has been terminated, and the Services are disconnected;
iii. Within ten (10) days of the date on which Services are disconnected, you will return all JTL Equipment to us at our local business office or to our agent/s in working order, normal wear and tear excepted. Otherwise, you will be charged the amount set forth in the current pricing lists for such JTL Equipment, or the revised amount for which you receive notice; if no amount has been specified for the particular model of JTL Equipment, you will be charged the retail price for a new replacement. You may also be charged incidental costs that we incur in replacing the JTL Equipment. Upon our request, you will permit us and our employees, agents, contractors, and representatives to access the Premises during regular business hours to remove the JTL Equipment and other material provided by JTL. We will conduct this removal at a time agreed on by you and us, and you will ensure that all JTL Equipment is returned to JTL.
Your Obligations Upon Termination. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason,
(i) you will cease all use of the Software; and
(ii) you will return or destroy in a secure manner all copies of the Software in your possession or under your control (including all copies of the documentation relating to the Software) and, upon request, will certify to Xxxxxx that you have done so.
Your Obligations Upon Termination. You agree that upon termination of this Agreement you will do the following:
1. You will immediately cease all use of the Service(s) and all CoastConnect Equipment;
2. You will pay in full for use of the Service(s) through the minimum 12 month term and up to the date that this Agreement has been terminated and the Service(s) are disconnected if termination occurred after the minimum term;
3. You will return all CoastConnect Equipment to us at our local business office or to our designee in working order, normal wear and tear excepted within five (5) days of the date on which Service(s) are disconnected. Failure to return any CoastConnect Equipment or if any CoastConnect Equipment is returned damaged or destroyed for any reason, including fire, flood, storm or other incident beyond Customer’s control, will result in the charge of an Unreturned/Damaged Equipment Fee. CoastConnect, as title owner of the CoastConnect Equipment at all times, has the right to retrieve any equipment that is not returned. Upon our request during regular business hours at a time agreed upon by you and us, you will permit us and our agents, to access the Premises to remove all CoastConnect Equipment and other material provided by us.
Your Obligations Upon Termination. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, however caused, You shall immediately: (i) cease accessing the XE Currency Data Feed API; (ii) destroy all archived or cached XE Data (if any), and provide written notice to XE certifying that this has occurred; and, (iii) cease linking and directing End Users to XE in connection with this Agreement. Provided that this Agreement is not terminated due to a breach on your part, then after Termination, notwithstanding point

1. You will immediately cease all use of the Services and all HTC Equipment;
2. You will pay in full for your use of the Services up to the date that this Agreement has been terminated and the Services are disconnected; and
3. Within ten (7) days of the date on which Services are disconnected, you will return all HTC Equipment to us at our office or to our designee in working order, normal wear and tear excepted. Equipment must be returned to HTC’s offices at 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX. The equipment shall be returned to HTC in the same condition that you received it, except for normal wear and tear. Do not return equipment by mail or delivery service. If after seven (7) days the equipment has not been returned to HTC, then you agree to pay a late charge of $3.50 a day. If after fourteen (14) days from cancellation or termination of service, the equipment has not been returned to HTC, you may be charged for the full cost of the equipment. If HTC is required to initiate legal action to recover the replacement cost of equipment or --- at its option --- to recover the equipment itself, then you will be liable for collection costs and/or for any reasonable attorney’s fees, expenses and court costs incurred by HTC in bringing legal action. If you rent or lease your home or apartment and if the HTC equipment has not been returned by you to HTC within 14 days of cancellation or termination of service, then you agree that HTC may be allowed entry into your home or apartment by your landlord, by the owner of the property, or by your designated representative in order for HTC to disconnect and retrieve HTC’s equipment. If you are unable to travel to HTC to return the set-top box or remote control, you can request pick-up. Provision of pick-up service is solely at HTC’s option. If HTC agrees to provide pick-up service, pick-up will occur during the business week and only during regular business hours. There may be a fee for pick-up, which you will be informed of when you request pick-up service and which will be payable at time of pick-up. If you cannot be home for a scheduled pick-up, then you can agree to allow HTC entry into your home or apartment by your landlord or by your designated representative so that HTC can disconnect and retrieve its equipment.
Your Obligations Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Subscription Agreement, you shall no longer access, or use, CDHA-ACHDnetTM.

3. If required by Comcast, you will return any Leased Equipment and accessories purchased or provided with the Service. If you are required to, but fail to return Leased Equipment and accessories, Comcast may charge you an amount equal to or up to the full retail price of the Leased Equipment and accessories.

iii) Within thirty (30) days of the date on which Service are disconnected, you will return all Seiretsu Equipment to us at our office in working order, normal wear and tear excepted. Otherwise, you will be charged full retail price for such Seiretsu Equipment, or the revised amount for which you receive notice. You may also be charged incidental costs that we incur in replacing the Seiretsu Equipment. Upon our request during regular business hours at a time agreed upon by you and us, you will permit us and our employees, agents, contractors, and representatives to access the Premises during regular business hours to remove all Seiretsu Equipment and other material provided by Seiretsu.
