Mutual Termination Rights Without limiting. any other rights or remedies it may have, either Party may terminate the Agreement immediately by giving written notice to the other Party, if that other Party: (a) commits a material breach of the Agreement which is irremediable or, if capable of remedy, fails to remedy the same within thirty (30) days of being required in writing by that Party to do so; (b) suffers an Insolvency Event; or (c) suffers a Force Majeure Event for ninety (90) days or more.
