N o Liens or Other Encumbrances. Obligor has not and will not pledge nor grant any security interest in the Collateral to anyone except Secured Party without the prior consent of the Secured Party. Except for the Permitted Liens, Obligor will not permit any lien or encumbrance to attach to the Collateral, nor permit any levy to be made thereon, nor permit any authorized financing statement covering the Collateral to be filed in any public office.
