Common use of Nameserver Changes Clause in Contracts

Nameserver Changes. Sponsor or the authorized Registry Operator may request changes in the nameserver delegation for the Sponsored TLD. Any such request must be made in a format, and otherwise meet technical requirements, specified from time to time by ICANN. ICANN will use commercially reasonable efforts to have such requests implemented in the Authoritative Root-Server System within seven calendar days of the submission.
