Nameserver Changes. Sponsor may request changes in the nameserver delegation for the TLD. Any such request must be made in a format, and otherwise meet technical requirements, specified from time to time by ICANN. ICANN will use commercially reasonable efforts to have such requests implemented in the Authoritative Root-Server System as promptly as possible.
