NAMING AND CHANGING A SUCCESSOR OWNER. An Owner may name and change a Successor Owner. Naming or changing a Successor Owner will be effective on receipt at the Home Office of a written request for such change that is acceptable to the Company. A Successor Owner succeeds to the interests of an Owner only if the Owner was not the Annuitant at the time of the Owner's death.
