Common use of Naming of the building Clause in Contracts

Naming of the building. The Lessor retains the right to rename XXXX.XXX Internet Plaza Office Building at its own discretion and the right to change, replace or cancel the original name at any time or from time to time, without any compensation to the Lessee. However, if the Lessor chooses to do so, an announcement regarding the notice of relevant government agency shall be posted in the building in advance.
