Narrative Reporting Subsystem. 2.1 Construction Contractor shall prepare written reports as described hereunder. All reports shall be in 8 1/2” x 11” format. 2.2 The Narrative Reporting Subsystem shall include the following reports: 2.2.1 Monthly Executive Summary which provides an overview of current issues and pending decisions, future developments and expected achievements, and any problems or delays, including code violations found by any permitting authority. 2.2.2 Monthly Cost Narrative describing the current construction cost estimate status of the Project. 2.2.3 A Monthly Scheduling Narrative summarizing the current status of the overall Master Project Schedule and an explanation of all variances from the plan. This report shall include an analysis of the various Project subschedules, a description of the critical path, and other analyses as necessary to compare planned performance with actual performance. 2.2.4 Monthly Accounting Narrative describing the current cost and payment status for the entire Project. This report shall relate current encumbrances and expenditures to the budget allocations. An explanation for all variances shall be provided. 2.2.5 A Monthly Construction Progress Report during the Construction Phase summarizing the Work of the various subcontractors. This report shall include information from the weekly job site meetings as applicable such as general conditions, long lead supplies, current deliveries, safety and labor relations, programs, permits, construction problems and recommendations, and plans for the succeeding month. 2.2.6 Daily Construction Diary during the Construction Phase describing events and conditions on the site. 2.3 The Reports outlined in Subsections 2.2.1 through 2.2.5 above shall be bound with applicable computer schedule reports and submitted monthly during Design and Construction Phases and shall be current through the end of the preceding month. Copies shall be delivered to Owner and Design Professional. A bound copy of the complete diary shall be submitted to Owner at the conclusion of the Project.

The Reports report shall include the names, addresses, and dollar amount of each certified M/WBE participant. (h) Construction Manager shall submit, for Owner approval, a direct tax savings purchase plan that, upon acceptance, will be part of the Construction Manager’s services. (3) The reports outlined in Subsections 2.2.1 subsection (2) (a) through 2.2.5 (g) above shall be bound with applicable computer schedule reports and submitted monthly during Design design and Construction Phases construction phases and shall be current through the end of the preceding month. Copies shall be delivered transmitted to the Owner and Design Professionalthe Architect- Engineer and others designated by the Project Manager with the monthly pay requisition. Additional copies of the report outlined in subsection (2)(a) shall be bound separately and distributed monthly as directed by the Project Manager. A bound disk copy of the reports, in a compatible format, will also be provided with the pay request. (4) The report outlined in subsection (2)(f) above shall be maintained at the site available to the Owner and Architect-Engineer. A copy, bound, of the complete diary shall be submitted to the Owner at the conclusion of the Projectproject.

A Monthly Accounting Narrative describing the current cost and payment status for the entire Project. This report shall relate current encumbrances and expenditures to the budget allocations. An explanation for all variances shall be provided. 2.2.5 2.2.5. A Monthly Construction Progress Report during the Construction Phase summarizing the Work of the various subcontractors. This report shall include information from the weekly job site meetings as applicable such as general conditions, long lead supplies, current deliveries, safety and labor relations, programs, permits, construction problems and recommendations, and plans for the succeeding month. 2.2.6 2.2.6. (h) The Construction Manager shall implement a direct tax savings purchase plan approved by the Department of Revenue that, upon acceptance, will be part of the Construction Manager's services. (i) All Construction Manager and subcontractor daily reports. 3. The reports outlined in Subsections 2.2.1 subsection (2)(a) through 2.2.5 (e) above shall be bound with applicable computer schedule reports and submitted monthly during Design design and Construction Phases construction phases and shall be current through the end of the preceding month. This report shall include information from the weekly job site meetings as applicable such as general conditions, long lead supplies, current deliveries, safety and labor relations, programs, permits, construction problems and recommendations, and plans for the succeeding month. 2.2.6 .  Daily Construction Diary during the Construction Phase describing events and conditions on the site. 2.3 . • The Reports outlined in Subsections 2.2.1 through 2.2.5 above shall be bound with applicable computer schedule reports and submitted monthly during Design and Construction Phases and shall be current through the end of the preceding month. Copies shall be delivered to Owner the City and Design ProfessionalConsultant. A bound copy of the complete diary shall be submitted to Owner City at the conclusion of the Project.
