Project Management Information System Pmis. The Contractor shall devise and utilise a PMIS such that all documents generated by the Contractor can be transmitted to the Engineer by electronic means (and vice versa) and that all documents generated by either party are electronically captured at the point of origin and can be reproduced later, electronically and in hard copy. A similar link shall also be provided between the Engineer office at site and the Authority’s Office by the Contractor.

Project Management Information System Pmis. 2.1.1General:
Project Management Information System Pmis. The Contractor shall devise and utilise a PMIS such that all documents generated by the Contractor can be transmitted to the Employer/ Engineer by electronic means (and vice versa) and that all documents generated by either party are electronically captured at the point of origin and can be reproduced later, electronically and in hard copy. A similar link shall also be provided among the Engineer’s office, GC’s and PMC’s Offices by the Contractor. The Contractor shall install such PMIS system within 30 days of the award of work to the satisfaction of the Engineer. The number and format of the required document submissions is detailed in Attachment A1 to this Section A. The Transmittal Form is given in Attachment A2 to this Section A and the Document Submission Report, for the obtaining of a Notice to proceed from the Engineer, is given in Attachment A3 to this Section A.

  • Management Information System The M&E Plan will describe the information system that will be used to collect data, store, process and deliver information to relevant stakeholders in such a way that the Program information collected and verified pursuant to the M&E Plan is at all times accessible and useful to those who wish to use it. The system development will take into consideration the requirement and data needs of the components of the Program, and will be aligned with existing MCC systems, other service providers, and ministries.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • DEFECTIVE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION 5.1 The Supplier acknowledges that it is essential that the Authority receives timely and accurate Management Information pursuant to this Framework Agreement because Management Information is used by the Authority to inform strategic decision making and allows it to calculate the Management Charge.

  • Project Management Plan 6.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan and Good Industry Practice.
