Common use of Nasdaq Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Nasdaq Maintenance. For a period of five years from the date hereof, the Company will use its best efforts to maintain the quotation on Nasdaq of the Common Stock and, if the Company satisfies the inclusion standards of the Nasdaq National Market System, apply for and maintain quotations on the Nasdaq National Market System of such securities during such period.
