To be eligible for award, the Offeror agrees to pay a NASPO ValuePoint administrative fee as specified in Paragraph 6 of Section 6 of the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Terms and Conditions. Moreover, specific summary and detailed usage reporting requirements are prescribed in paragraph 7 of NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Terms and Conditions. Offerors shall identify the person responsible for providing the mandatory usage reports. This information must be kept current during the contract period. Contractor will be required to provide reporting contact within 15 days of Master Agreement execution.
