Response to Technical Requirements. Bidders should respond to the Technical Requirements within this ITT with due regard to the provisions of the Evaluation Matrix (Annex E). Bidders are free to address the requirements in any sensible sequence/structure, but should ensure that they reference specific requirement number(s) which are being met by each section within their response. The response to detailed requirements should not exceed 30 pages. Any pages exceeding this limit will be discounted. Bidders should include detailed descriptions of the methodology to be used at each stage, indicating the resources that will be utilised and how the proposed approach is intended to operate. Bidders should make clear if suggesting a different methodology to that outlined in the requirements. Please include full detail and rationale for any proposed approaches relating to sample size/composition and use of incentives, along with risks. Please also outline any innovative approaches, or any value that can be added through your proposed approach. Project plan/timings – Please provide a detailed timetable/project plan for carrying out the work based on the proposed approach and method. This should highlight key milestones and deadlines for each strand, and any interdependencies, including suggested meetings and progress reports. This should include a statement that the timetable for delivery can be met. Commercial proposals – Bidders should complete the supplied Pricing Matrix (Annex D). Bidders should complete the table in paragraph 108 of this ITT (Payment and Service Credit Regime). Staff (2 pages maximum) - Provide a list of the staff that will be involved in the project at all levels from director, project manager and all other levels involved. The list should briefly highlight relevant experience, their role in the project; their estimated time to be spent on the project and the length of time they have spent working with your organisation. Where sub-contractors are to be used proposals should outline full details of such suppliers, how such sub-contracting arrangements would be commissioned and implemented and how effective performance will be ensured. State the name of the project manager and a designated deputy Risk management – [Bidders do not need to set out their corporate approach to risk management]. Response to Technical Requirements. 1. VTRAS in‐house Installation Typically, Virginia Tech installs and maintains all of our own systems. The usual system deployment includes a development (DEV) instance, a testing instance (PPRD, STAGE or TEST), and production (PROD) instance(s). PROD is always on separate hardware from other environments.

  • Minimum Technical Requirements Participant will be responsible for installing (unless Vendor provides), maintaining and hosting the Vendor’s integration package (either “Full Express” or “Express Lite” software) on Participant’s own computer to enable connectivity to the Network for the Patient Look-Up and Delivery Services including installing and maintaining updates and upgrades. Participant’s machine must meet the following requirements for hosting the Vendor’s integration package: • A virtual machine environment running VMware Player (free open source product) that can run the Express VMware disk image (.ova format) • For Vendor’s “Express Lite” software (for Participants that already have an enterprise master patient index (MPI) and a clinical data repository), the minimum system resources that should be allocated to the virtual machine are: o 4 CPU cores o 8GB of RAM o 100GB of available disk space • For Vendor’s “Full Express” software (for Participants that do not already have an MPI or a clinical data repository), the minimum system resources that should be allocated to the virtual machine are: o 8 CPU cores o 16GB of RAM o 500GB of available disk space • Network access between the Vendor’s Express software (either “Express Lite” or “Full Express”) and the Participant’s health information exchange system for the exchange of clinical system data for the Patient Look-Up and Delivery Services. The Participant shall maintain availability of its data for query on a 24 hour/7 day basis with the exception of routine and unexpected maintenance, at greater than 99% uptime monthly. The Participant shall make its data available for a minimum look-back period of 18 months up to and including current available data and update the available data daily.

  • Technical Requirements 2.7.4.1 The NID shall provide an accessible point of interconnection and shall maintain a connection to ground.

  • Technical Requirements for SCPs/Databases 10.5.3.1 BellSouth shall provide physical access to SCPs through the SS7 network and protocols with TCAP as the application layer protocol.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions:

  • CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS As per the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 3701-3708), where applicable, all Customer Purchase Orders in excess of ,000 that involve the employment of mechanics or laborers must include a provision for compliance with 40 U.S.C. 3702 and 3704, as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5). Under 40 U.S.C. 3702 of the Act, each contractor must be required to compute the wages of every mechanic and laborer on the basis of a standard work week of 40 hours. Work in excess of the standard work week is permissible provided that the worker is compensated at a rate of not less than one and a half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in the work week. The requirements of 40 U.S.C. 3704 are applicable to construction work and provide that no laborer or mechanic must be required to work in surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous. These requirements do not apply to the purchases of supplies or materials or articles ordinarily available on the open market, or contracts for transportation or transmission of intelligence.

  • Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network.
