Common use of NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee and Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee and Reporting Requirements. Contractor agrees to pay a NASPO ValuePoint administrative fee as specified Section 26 of the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Terms and Conditions. Moreover, specific summary and detailed usage reporting requirements are prescribed by Section 27 of NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Terms and Conditions of this Exhibit. Contractor shall identify the person responsible for providing the mandatory usage reports. (This information must be kept current during the contract period). Contractor will be required to provide reporting contact within 15 days of Master Agreement execution.
