Common use of National Annual Agreement Review Clause in Contracts

National Annual Agreement Review. (1) The Provider and Te Whatu Ora agree that, before 1 October each year, there will be a national review of the Nationally-consistent Parts and Service Schedules of this Agreement (and the same agreement between other providers and Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand).
