Common use of National Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

National Competitive Bidding. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding, subject to the additional procedures specified in Part F of this Section.
