National Electricity Rules disputes. first stage dispute resolution (a) with respect to the application of the National Electricity Rules; or (b) in relation to which the dispute resolution regime provided for in clause 8.2 of the then the dispute resolution regime provided for in clause 8.2 of the National Electricity Rules will apply to that dispute.
