National Flood Insurance Program. If applicable, this Agreement is subject to the requirements of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 (P.L. 93-234) for areas identified by HUD as having special flood hazards. The use of any funds provided for acquisition or construction in identified areas shall be subject to the Mandatory Purchase of Flood Insurance requirements of section 102(a) of said act.
