NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD CERTIFICATION. The Concessionaire, by signing this Contract, does hereby swear, under penalty of perjury, that no more than one final, unappealable finding of contempt of court by a Federal Court has been issued against Concessionaire within the two-year period immediately preceding the date of this Contract because of Concessionaire’s failure to comply with a Federal Court order that Concessionaire shall comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board.
