Additional Security This guarantee is in addition to and is not in any way prejudiced by any other guarantee or security now or subsequently held by any Finance Party.

UNION SECURITY (Dues Deduction (The following clause will appear in all collective agreements replacing any provision related to dues deduction that existed in the Hospital's expiring collective agreement:)
Organizational Security 2.1.1 It is the mutual intention of the parties that the provisions of this Article protect the rights of individual workers without restricting CSEA’s rights.
Provision of Interconnection Financial Security The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 11 of the GIDAP in a manner acceptable under Section 11 of the GIDAP. Failure by the Interconnection Customer to timely satisfy the GIDAP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and a condition of Default of this Agreement.
Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service.
Additional Days Where public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in subclause 58.2 and subclause 58.3 above in Victoria or a locality thereof, those days will, as applicable, constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this Agreement.
ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS 13.1 The Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Notes, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Notes, Coupons and Talons as provided below.
Additional Holidays Every day declared by the President, or the Governor of this State, as a public fast, mourning, thanksgiving, or holiday, or any day declared by the Governing Board under Education Code Section 45203 shall be a paid holiday for all employees in the bargaining unit.
