Common use of National Transit Database Reporting Clause in Contracts

National Transit Database Reporting. All public transit service provided under this Agreement must be reported annually to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) in a completed National Transit Database (NTD) report. As part of the annual NTD reporting requirement, Contractor shall conduct on-board data sampling each year as directed by the FTA/NTD, to statistically compute valid passenger mile data. Contractor agrees to use the technique described in FTA Circular C 2710.1A (dated July 18, 1988). Contractor must identify the staff person responsible for NTD data collection. Contractor shall track NTD Revenue Miles and Hours, NTD Total Miles and Hours, and report totals on a monthly and yearly basis. The Contractor shall prepare and submit monthly and annual NTD reports to the City.
