Nature and purposes. of Processing The nature and purposes of the processing are as defined in the Declarations in the Enrolment/Engagement Forms included in the Delivery Handbook at Schedule 7 of this Agreement Type of Personal Data The personal data to be processed is data which can be used to identify a Participants and/or Beneficiary Organisations collected in the Enrolment/Engagement Forms included in the Delivery Handbook at Schedule 7 of this Agreement, and/or the Participant Data Form issued by the GLA and referenced at Schedule 6 Part 2 (as amended from time to time) , and/or the Beneficiary Organisation Data Form issued by the GLA and referenced at Schedule 6 Part 3 (as amended from time to time)
