Common use of Nature and Substance Clause in Contracts

Nature and Substance. Executive shall provide such services and perform such duties, functions, and assignments as are normally incident to Executive’s position of Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and such additional functions and services as the Chief Executive Officer may from time to time direct. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full business time and attention to the performance of Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and shall use Executive’s best efforts and discharge Executive’s duties to the best of Executive’s ability for and on behalf of the Bank Entities and toward their successful operation.
