Employee shall be responsible for day to day operation of employer, and shall perform any other duties as are customarily performed by one holding such a position in other same or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by employer, and shall also additionally render any other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by employer.

  • Place of Employment Executive’s principal place of employment shall be the corporate offices of the Company.

  • Principal Place of Employment The Executive shall be employed at the Company’s offices in New York, NY, except for required travel on the Company’s business to an extent substantially consistent with present business travel obligations of the Executive’s position.

  • Nature of Employment Executive’s employment with the Company shall be at-will. Both Executive and the Company shall have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice.

  • Time and Place of Closing The closing of the transactions contemplated hereby (the "Closing") will take place at 9:00 A.M. on the date that the Effective Time occurs (or the immediately preceding day if the Effective Time is earlier than 9:00 A.M.), or at such other time as the Parties, acting through their authorized officers, may mutually agree. The Closing shall be held at such location as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
