Common use of Nature of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Nature of Benefits. The following benefits provided by the Company and the Bank to the Executive are in the nature of a fringe benefit and shall in no event be construed to affect or limit the Executive’s current or prospective salary increases, cash bonuses, profit sharing distribution or credits, or any other benefit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern, control, and supersede all contrary or conflicting provisions contained in any other agreement or contract between the Bank and Executive, including without limitation any employment agreement between the Executive and the Bank.
