Common use of NATURE OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

NATURE OF CONTRACT. 2.1 This Contract is a framework contract under which the Company may from time to time procure the provision of the Flexibility Services by the Provider. It is not a guarantee of Utilisation Instructions and does not constitute a contract for the exclusive provision of Flexibility Services. It sets out the terms and conditions which are applicable should the Company procure Flexibility Services from the Provider under this Contract. The Company reserves the right to contract with other providers for the type of work covered by this Contract.
