Common use of NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT/DUTIES Clause in Contracts

NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT/DUTIES. Employee shall serve as Chief Banking Officer of the Bank with such duties, responsibilities and authorities of such office as may be assigned to him by the Bank and as are customarily associated with such office. Employee shall report to the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.

Employee shall report to the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.

Employee shall serve as Chief Banking Information Officer of the Bank with such duties, responsibilities and authorities of such office as may be assigned to him by the Bank and as are customarily associated with such office.
