NATURE OF THE BARGAINING UNIT. 1.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining for all employees of the Chalet Xxxxxxx Inc., in St. Malo, in the Province of Manitoba, employed in the housekeeping and food services area. 1.02 The Employer agrees to advise the Union, once a year, or when changes are made, of all the employees excluded by any Agreement.
