In addition to Support Center Support and Emergency services, the NAVITAIRE Account Manager will coordinate a teleconference with the Customer Account Liaison within ***** of the Interrupted Service to discuss the details of the Interrupted Service and to update Customer on any identified cause or status. The NAVITAIRE Account Manager will close the Interrupted Service Report with the Customer Account Liaison upon final report of identified cause and any outline of corrective action.
