NBN SERVICE CHARGES. 3.1 The charges applicable to the NBN Services are specified in the Critical Information Summary. 3.2 The Minimum Monthly Spend is payable in advance. In addition, you may be charged in arrears for your usage of the NBN Services in accordance with the charges specified in your Application and/or the Critical Information Summary. Your usage of the NBN Services will be calculated based on the data uploaded and downloaded, unless your Application states otherwise. 3.3 The first and last month’s Minimum Monthly Spend will be pro-rated based on the number of days of service supply in the relevant month. 3.4 We may vary any charges for the NBN Services in accordance with this SFOA.
