Contractor shall comply with the State of Florida rules and regulations for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) including but not limited to all permitting, Notices of Intent, and the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). All costs for NPDES and SWPPP shall be included in the Bid prices.
