The Participant understands that providing Arconic Corporation with Personal Data is necessary for the performance of this Award Agreement and that the Participant’s refusal to provide Personal Data would make it impossible for Arconic Corporation to perform its contractual obligations and would affect the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.
