Common use of Neck Clause in Contracts

Neck. The neck is flexible and allows shear and bending in all directions. The segmented design allows a realistic rotational behaviour. The neck is equipped with low stretch neck-cord in order to prevent excessive elongation. The neck-cord is also designed to act as a safety cord in case of rubber failure. A six channel load cell can be mounted at the neck-head and neck-torso interface. The Q0, Q1 and Q1.5 cannot accommodate the load cell between neck and torso.
