Conditions in the mist chamber. 5.1. The exposure zone of the mist chamber shall be maintained at 35 ± 5°C. At least two clean mist collectors shall be placed within the exposure zone, so that no drops of solution from the test samples or any other sources are collected. The collectors shall be placed near the test samples, one as near as possible to any nozzle and one as far as possible from all nozzles. The mist shall be such that, for each 80 cm2 of horizontal collecting area, from 1.0 to 2.0 ml of solution per hour, when measured over an average of at least 16 hours, is collected in each collector.

  • CERTIFICATION PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION AGAINST FIREARM AND AMMUNITION INDUSTRIES (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree, when it is applicable, to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: If (a) company is not a sole proprietorship; (b) company has at least ten (10) full-time employees; (c) this contract has a value of at least $100,000 that is paid wholly or partly from public funds; (d) the contract is not excepted under Tex.   • Procedure as to Rejected Goods On receipt of notification of rejection, Seller will immediately arrange to receive back the goods for shipment and return. However, within 5 days, Seller may have an agent inspect such goods for nonconformity; otherwise, such inspection will be made on return to Seller's storage facility. When such goods are confirmed or acquiesced in as nonconforming, Seller will ship conforming goods within 30 days of the notice of rejection unless Buyer earlier notifies Seller to forgo such shipment.
