Need for Capital Expenditures. The parties hereto recognize that Capital Expenditures to preserve, protect, enhance, expand, or otherwise improve the Airport System, or part thereof, will be required during the Term of this Agreement. Any such Capital Expenditures to be paid for or financed with Revenues shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 9.02 and 9.03, below.
