In the event of a lay-off district wide, a list of teachers, with service dates and areas of certification shall be prepared by the Superintendent and the Board and presented to the Association after notifying the teacher and prior to the lay-off. Teachers shall be recalled in inverse order of lay-off according to areas of certification.
