Common use of Negotiated Agreement Training Clause in Contracts

As necessary, during a mutually agreed upon time, WCTA’s and WCPS’ lead negotiators will offer an overview of the Negotiated Agreement between the Board of Education of Washington County and the Washington County Teachers Association, Inc. for school- based administrators and all association representatives prior to the start of a new school year.
