NEGOTIATION OF COSTS AGREEMENT. 4.1 The Client is entitled to negotiate the entry of a costs agreement with the Firm, and may negotiate terms and conditions which differ from those outlined in this offer provided that those terms and conditions comply with the provisions of the Act.
